R&D Tax Support in U.S. Is One-Third What China Offers Its Companies

Federal and state tax support for R&D in the U.S. lags behind 23 nations and is only about a third of what China offers companies in tax incentives, according to two economists writing for technology think tank ITIF in Washington.
