Response to the European Commission’s Public Consultation on Building the European Data Economy

ITIF's Center for Data Innovation has responded to the European Commission’s online questionnaire regarding its Building the European Data Economy package, concerning data localization, the regulation of access and re-use of non-personal machine data, and liability arising from new technologies, such as connected devices in the Internet of Things.
