Todd Young
Senator Todd Young is an honorary co-chair of ITIF.
Senator Todd Young represents Indiana in the United States Senate, where he serves on the Senate Committees on Finance; Foreign Relations; Health, Education, Labor and Pensions; Commerce, Science & Transportation; and Small Business and Entrepreneurship.
After graduating from the United States Naval Academy in 1995, he accepted a commission in the U.S. Marine Corps. During his time in the military, he earned an MBA with a concentration in economics from the University of Chicago. In 2000, Senator Young was honorably discharged from the Navy as a Captain. He then earned a Master’s from the School of Advanced Study in London before working for The Heritage Foundation and later the U.S. Senate as a legislative assistant. In 2003, he returned to Indiana and earned his JD from Indiana University.
Senator Young and his wife Jenny reside in Bloomington, Indiana, with their four young children: Tucker, Annalise, Abigail, and Ava.
