Saana Skinner

Saana Skinner was development assistant at ITIF. She graduated from the University of Virginia with degrees in French Language and Literature and International Relations in 2010. Before joining ITIF, Saana worked for the International Rescue Committee and for the University of Virginia Center for International Studies.
