Games for Change
Raul serves as the Director of Production and XR4C at Games for Change. He fuses his background in film production and virtual reality development to bring together talented teams that create memorable experiences. Raul coordinates the G4C team’s production efforts across all initiatives, and directs the development and strategy for the XR for Change program. Raul received his BFA in Film & Television Production from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, with a concentration in Directing and Producing. He is an avid gamer, enjoying tabletop RPGs just as much as indie platformers. Raul also formerly served as the National President of DKA, a national professional cinema society that prepares university students for a career in the film industry.

The Augmented and Virtual Reality Policy Conference
Through a series of expert talks and panels, this half-day conference organized by the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation and the XR Association explored the role of policy in AR/VR innovation and identified priority areas for policymakers to consider as these technologies continue to expand.
