Preston Byrne
Preston is managing partner of Byrne & Storm, P.C. He advises technology companies on commercial law issues, with a particular focus on cryptocurrency, social media and AI. Preston is also a Senior Fellow of the London-based Adam Smith Institute, where he advises on technology policy.
He holds an MA (Hons) from the University of St Andrews, an LL.B. from the College of Law of England and Wales and an LL.M. from UConn Law School. He is dual-qualified in England and the United States
