Peter Scheschuk

Peter Scheschuk serves as the Chief Tax Officer for S&P Global.

Mr. Scheschuk joined the Company in 2007 and is responsible for managing the Company’s global tax affairs. Prior to this, he worked in several multinational corporations and was a tax partner at KPMG.

Mr. Scheschuk holds a Master of Law in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a Juris Doctorate in Law from New York Law School, a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Adelphi University. He is admitted to the New York Bar and is a Certified Public Accountant.
