Mansi Pagare

Mansi Pagare is the Data Analyst and Peer Mentor Coordinator for the XR for VR grant at Bismarck State College. She holds a Master’s degree in Health Informatics and has a strong background in research and biotechnology, with a couple of academic publications.
In her role, she uses data to spot patterns, track results, and improve processes. She also helps make workflows smoother and leads student peer mentors, supporting their efforts to increase participant engagement and teamwork.
