Lindsay Bednar

Lindsay (Bembenek) Bednar was the communications director at the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation.

Prior to ITIF, Bednar was a senior manager for media and external communications at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, where she managed communications for technology, cybersecurity, trade, and international policy. She previously worked in the U.S. Senate for Senators Ron Johnson and David Vitter.

Bednar received a master of arts degree in public policy from King’s College London, where she focused her dissertation research on data protection regulations in the European Union. She received a bachelor of arts degree in political science and communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Bednar is also a fellow at the Internet Law & Policy Foundry.
