Kelly Marchese
Kelly leads Deloitte Consulting’s Federal Supply Chain Practice. She specializes in Global Supply Chain Transformations, Supply Chain Innovation/Advanced Technologies, Lean Operations and Supply Chain Risk/Resilience. Kelly has rich experience in complex project environments where there is a broad set of stakeholders across functions, geographies and regulatory constraints.
Kelly has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing organizations, driving operational transformations and enterprise process excellence across a wide variety of commercial and federal manufacturing organizations. She is a strategist as well as a skilled leader of complex / global engagements - driving enterprise level improvements, facilitating buy-in across organizations (including union environments), with an unrelenting focus on speed to value.
Kelly has an Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Duke University. She has industry experience from her time at GE Aviation, Industrial & Power Systems and Appliances. Kelly is a certified Master Black Belt in Lean / Six Sigma and actively involved in developing thought leadership around Supply Chain Operating Model/Talent, Advanced Supply Chain Technologies, Engineering Effectiveness and Global Supply Chain Risk. She is on the Supply Chain Board for Howard University and the Lead University Partner for Duke.
