Jason O'Connor is Vice President of the Information Systems Line of Business within Lockheed Martin’s Information Systems & Global Solutions –National product line. He responsible for the leadership of a $500M portfolio of engineering, development and services contracts serving the intelligence, defense and commercial customers. He has 20 years of experience in diverse business leadership and technology domains and has consistently driven innovation and mission focus into business solutions.

In his previous role as Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer for IS&GS-National he developed and managed his business area’s technology, innovation and research portfolio. In addition he was responsible for both technology industry and academic outreach. His recent efforts focused on the development of cyber intelligence and predictive analytics offerings and products focused on customer mission needs.

Mr. O’Connor has also served as Vice President of IS&GS-Global International Line of Business and Vice President of IS&GS-Enterprise Integration Group's Intelligence Programs division. In these roles he provided management, strategy, direction and customer interface for these businesses offering solutions of systems engineering, development, information and cyber technology programs.

Mr. O’Connor joined Lockheed Martin in 1991 and is a Lockheed Martin-Qualified Program Manager and an IS&GS-Certified Information Systems Architect. He has worked extensively in systems engineering, hardware and software development and operations environments.

He attended Virginia Polytechnic University where he earned a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and attended George Washington University where he received his Master’s in Telecommunications and Computer Science.
