Harry Clapsis

Harry Clapsis was formerly the program coordinator at the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation. Previously, he interned with the European Parliament and the U.S. embassies in Greece and Cyprus. Clapsis graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in economics in 2014.
