PhD candidate at King’s College London, Dickson Poon School of Law. Mr Carovano is an Italian qualified lawyer who holds a PhD from Sapienza University in Public, Comparative and International Law, a degree (Cum Laude) from L.U.I.S.S. Guido Carli in Administrative and Public Law and a specialised Master of Law in Competition law (Distinction) from King’s College London. He worked as Junior Competition Expert at the Competition Division, OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, published several articles in professional, and academic journals and often participate as speaker in national and international competition law conferences.
