Eleni Manis

Eleni Manis is the 2018 Google Public Policy Fellow at the Center for Data Innovation, where her work focuses on ethics and justice-related considerations in algorithmic decision-making. Manis is an MPA candidate at New York University's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. Previously, she was Senior Research Analyst at the Office of the Nassau County (NY) Comptroller and Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Franklin & Marshall College. Manis holds a Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and a bachelors degree in philosophy from Dartmouth College.
