Chris Neff leads the marketing, market research, and consumer insights functions for NIC (NASDAQ: EGOV). NIC is the nation’s largest provider of digital services and secure payment processing solutions for federal, state, and local agencies. The company’s user-friendly self-service solutions are used by 28 states and more than 5,300 federal, state, and local agencies nationwide.
Prior to joining NIC, he developed the Coca-Cola Company’s consumer marketing programs for entertainment and retail clients. At MCI Communications, he was the brand manager for several consumer telecom services. Chris began his career as a cable television broadcaster and producer in Detroit.
Chris is a frequent speaker on understanding the evolving citizen mindset and how to build and market relevant digital services. He is also a professional voiceover artist and occasional radio host for the National Public Radio member station in Park City, Utah. He received an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA from the University of Michigan.
Chris lives in Park City with his wife and two children.
