Catherine Highet is a Technical Advisor with FHI 360’s mStar Project, with a focus on digital inclusion, including gender, digital literacy and digital identity. Prior to this she was the Pacific Manager for the GSMA’s Connected Women program. She has spent the last seven years working on ICT4D initiatives in the Middle East, Pacific, East Africa and SE Asia, for public and private sector partners such as Souktel, IREX, Mozilla and the State Department.
