Spurring Innovation in Latin America and Other Emerging Economies

Stephen Ezell gave a presentation at the Wilson Center on how to spur innovation in emerging markets, particularly in Latin America. His presentation identified the distinct nature of innovation-based industries and the negative effects of increased tariffs on ICTs. Innovation policy insights were shared to increase growth for emerging economies.
