Innovation Economics and Best Practices for Policymakers

In a presentation for the Center for Clean Air Policy –Europe, Stepp and Ezell discussed the key principles for strengthening national and international innovation policies. This included a discussion of a series of reforms to the America COMPETES Act which will strengthen U.S. innovation capacity and economic growth and serve as a model for other nations around the world.
