Europe at the Crossroads in Artificial Intelligence

The European backwardness in the face of American and Chinese predominance has already been highlighted by numerous studies and in particular a study published earlier this year by the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation which compared the policies and strengths of China, the United States and the European Union to using 30 metrics, including human talent, research activity, business development, and investment in hardware and software.
