Comments to the California Office of Emergency Services on Proposed Communications Outage Reporting

ITIF recognizes the importance of actionable, up-to-date information on communications outages. However in comments to the California Office of Emergency Services ITIF urged the office to better align both the threshold and geographic area of its proposed reporting requirements with federal regulations.
