“It just reinforces that this is the gang that can’t shoot straight,” ITIF President Rob Atkinson told the Financial Times. “If I were the Chinese I’d think this is a pretty good thing . . . This is a battle that if it is not won in the next year it’s too late. This is our [Washington’s] last chance.”
