Global Export Credit Competition Continues to Intensify as the U.S. Dithers

Countries around the world continue to aggressively raise their game in supporting their own exports even as the U.S. Export-Import Bank remains stymied by political tumult that has severely curtailed its operations, Stephen Ezell opines in The Hill. As ITIF has documented, the Ex-Im Bank plays a pivotal role in the health of the U.S. manufacturing and traded-sector economy. Congress needs to restore the Ex-Im Bank’s full operations.
