Elections Need a Tech Reboot

ITIF Vice President Daniel Castro argues in his April 2015 Government Technology column that U.S. elections have not kept pace with the opportunities afforded by technology. As states face this looming problem, the solution is not only to fix what is broken, but also to build something better. In particular, Castro notes the need for states to work together to build flexible and scalable solutions.
