Mr. Dailey is responsible for providing legal, policy and strategic-level advice to Verizon’s Chief Strategy Officer and Global Strategy organization on the future direction of the corporation in numerous areas including video, cloud, healthcare and IoT/M2M. Mr. Dailey also serves as head of international public policy and regulatory affairs with responsibility for developing and implementing Verizon’s public policy objectives in a wide array of areas, including wireless, Internet and Internet governance, security and data protection.

Mr. Dailey serves as the Chair of the Center for Copyright Information, an organization formed as part of a first-of-its-kind collaborative effort between U.S. content creators in the movie and music industries and leading ISPs to help educate the public about legal content options and deter copyright infringement. He also serves as Chair of the US Internet Service Provider Association (USISPA), an industry organization based in Washington, D.C. comprised of major U.S. Internet service providers and network companies. Mr. Dailey has testified multiple times before the U.S. Congress and various state legislatures and is a periodic speaker on Internet and other policy issues in the U.S. and EU.
