Susan Wilson

Susan Francesca Wilson joined Intel Corporation's Intellectual Property Policy Group in September 2021, after serving over three decades in the Federal Government, during which she was instrumental in shaping the Executive Branch’s intellectual property policy, trade and enforcement initiatives. She served in the Departments of Commerce, State and Justice, the U.S. Customs Service, the U.S. Trade Representative’s Office (Executive Office of the President), and most recently as a Senior Level attorney at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Immediately prior to concluding her Federal career at the USPTO, she was the U.S. Government’s first Intellectual Property Attaché to the European Union, based in Brussels, Belgium. She earned her J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law and received a B.A. in International Affairs from the Pennsylvania State University. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New York.
