Stan Ratcliffe is president NCR Government Systems LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of NCR Corporation. As the leader of this organization, Ratcliffe is focused on driving the adoption of next-generation self-service solutions that facilitate the exchange of information among governments and their constituents.
Ratcliffe brings to NCR more than 25 years of sales and management experience in the IT industry, having built and led large, multi-level organizations with more than 500M in revenue. Most recently, Ratcliffe served as vice president of Defense Agencies at Hewlett Packard, where he oversaw the integration of the newly acquired EDS with HP's Defense Agencies.
Prior to HP, Ratcliffe was associate commissioner for Business Process Re-engineering & Transition Development, responsible for all aspects of the business transition strategy for the IRS' modernization program including IT infrastructure, strategic vision and management, investment initiatives and organizational transformation and implementation. Earlier, he was senior vice president/general manager of Enterprise Solutions at AvantGo, a company that optimized content for mobile devices and was acquired by Sybase in 2002.
Ratcliffe holds a bachelor of science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Tech.
