Sébastien Labrecque

Sébastien Labrecque is a policy advisor to ITIF's Canada Centre for Innovation and Competitiveness. He is the Deputy Director and Chief Economist of the StrategyCorp Institute of Public Policy and Economy. In his role leading the Institute, Labrecque authors public policy and economic material for both clients and StrategyCorp. He is also responsible for the development and the execution of the Institute’s editorial calendar.

Labrecque has extensive research and economic policy expertise stemming from his previous experience in academia, government, and in an industry association. He possesses proven analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative data to identify and understand trends. This enables him to provide valuable insights and high-quality deliverables.
