Rohit Shukla
Rohit Shukla founded Larta Institute in 1993. Since then, he has guided the TBED organization from its role as a State-mandated provider of regional entrepreneurial assistance to a national commercialization partner for major federal agencies in science-based mission areas, comprising technology solutions that “feed fuel and heal the world.” Larta’s commercialization accelerator programs (CAPs) are intended primarily for SBIR/STTR awardees of NIH, NSF, USDA, NIST and NOAA and have also been used in many countries. He pioneered Larta’s “network centric” model, using distributed domain expertise and industry feedback. Shukla has a Master’s in Communications Arts and
Sciences from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, and a Master’s in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge, England.
