Niels Heltberg holds a graduate in Political Science from University of Copenhagen, 1999. He attended graduate studies at Georgetown University, 1997-1998. Heltberg worked in the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 1999-2002 as well as 2005- the present. From 2002 to 2005 he was worked for the Danish Ministry of Finance.
