Dr. Michelle Zhou is a co-founder and CEO of Juji, Inc. which is a leader in making the world's only accessible, cognitive artificial intelligence (AI) assistants, enabling organizations, including education institutes, to automate many tasks empathetically and responsibly with no code. Prior to starting Juji, Michelle had been with IBM Research and the Watson Group for over 15 years. She led and managed the research and development of many cutting-edge, Human-Centered AI technologies and solutions at IBM, including IBM RealHunter and Watson Personality Insights. Michelle's work has resulted in a dozen human-centered AI products or solutions, over 100 scientific publications, and 45 issued/filed patents in her field of expertise. Currently, Michelle serves as the Editor-in-Chief for ACM Transactions on Interactive Intelligent Systems (TiiS). She received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Columbia University and is an ACM Distinguished Scientist.
