Mark Forman is an accomplished Executive with more than 30 years of professional work experience, including a Presidential appointment to be the first U.S. Administrator for E-Government and Information Technology, the Federal Government’s Chief Information Officer. Mr. Forman has a long record of accomplishments in government management reforms, as a government employee, political appointee, and management consultant.
Mr. Forman is currently the President and Co-founder of Government Transaction Services, Inc. which was established in 2010 to be the leading provider of cloud-based business process and transaction services simplifying interaction with the federal government. He developed Government Transaction Services’ products that reduce administrative burdens and simplify compliance with government regulations. EZGrantFiling provides electronic filing for post-award reports, as well as a records management environment to reduce the burden of assembling documents for auditors.The Optimizer with RegAide simplifies compliance with government regulations by enabling a user to ask a question and receive just the relevant paragraph or two from the right regulations and related audit reports.
