Dr. Manish Oza is a nationally recognized physician executive with a proven track record of delivering innovative, tech-enabled healthcare solutions that transform managed care. At the intersection of clinical insight, product strategy, and technology, Dr. Oza brings deep expertise in leveraging cloud infrastructure to improve both the quality and cost of care delivery.

Most recently, Dr. Oza served as the Clinical Lead for Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he was responsible for defining and executing cloud strategies for HCLS. In this role, he helped healthcare organizations accelerate their digital transformation by designing scalable, compliant architectures that enabled advanced analytics, care coordination, and AI-driven decision support. His work at AWS centered on translating clinical and operational pain points into tangible cloud-based solutions, accelerating innovation across the healthcare landscape.

Prior to joining Amazon, Dr. Oza led a $80M product portfolio at Anthem, managing over 550 FTEs and supporting all lines of business across internal and external Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. Under his leadership, the business unit was transformed from breakeven to a +10% operating margin.

With a clinical foundation in emergency medicine, Dr. Oza served as a Staff ER Physician at Saint Agnes Hospital and as a Senior Partner at Suburban Hospital, Johns Hopkins Medicine. He also contributed globally as Medical Director for Project HOPE aboard the USS IWO JIMA, where he helped manage the delivery of care to more than 700 patients daily in Haiti and Colombia through the Navy’s Continuing Promise initiative.

Dr. Oza holds board certification in Emergency Medicine and an active license to practice in the states of Maryland and Virginia, a Master’s degree in Medical Management from Carnegie Mellon University, is a Certified Physician Executive (CPE), AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and a Six Sigma Green Belt.
