Luca Marcolin
Luca is a research fellow at KU Leuven and a senior economist at the Economics Department of the OECD, where he coordinates the OECD Global Forum on Productivity. His main interest is the analysis of firm capabilities (technology adoption, intangible assets, skills) and productivity, and their policy implications. His previous work experience includes spells at the EBRD, the European Commission, UNCTAD and the World Bank. He holds a PhD in Economics from the KU Leuven.
