Jérôme Urbain
As technical lead of Dalberg Data Insights, Jérôme is responsible for the technological decisions, practices and structure supporting the development of the products. In addition, he is developing the backend code for Financial Inclusion, Smart Cities, and Public Health apps.
Jérôme had joined Real Impact Analytics in 2014, where he held several technical roles leading him to the Data for Good team that became Dalberg Data Insights in 2017. He has developed a strong experience in handling large volumes of telecom data.
Jérôme holds a PhD in computer science from University of Mons, where he focused on acoustic laughter processing/modeling.
