Hwijin (HJ) Choi
Hwijin (HJ) Choi advises and represents clients in matters related to fair trade and corporate law. He earned a B.A. in Economics from Seoul National University and previously worked at Woori Bank, focusing on risk management and corporate credit. Mr. Choi graduated summa cum laude from Korea University School of Law, was admitted to the Korean Bar, and served as a law clerk at the Seoul High Court before joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC.
In 2019, Mr. Choi earned an LL.M. from Columbia Law School, where he also participated in pro bono work as an extern at the Bronx office of Legal Services NYC. After completing his studies at Columbia Law School, he worked at Hogan Lovells US LLP in Washington, D.C.
