Horacio Arana is a senior research fellow at the Fundación Internacional Bases. Horacio holds a degree in agricultural economics and a master's degree in business administration. He is academic secretary and professor of principles of economics at the FCE-UAI (University of the Basque Country). A researcher on topics related to the Austrian school of economics, he has participated in international conferences and written articles on the subject.
