Heidi Jacobus is the founder and CEO of Cybernet Systems Coporation of Ann Arbor, Michigan. She earned her B.S. degree at Trinity College, Hartford, Connecticut, her M.S. degree in Computer Science at the University of Illinois, Urbana, and completed the coursework portion for the Ph.D. (Familiarly known as "ABD" or All but Dissertation.)
