Haoran Wen is an Economics Intern at ITIF. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Shandong University of Finance and Economics. She later earned a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), with a concentration in economics, finance, and tech policy.
