Graham Dufault
Graham Dufault is General Counsel of the Association for Competitive Technology (ACT), representing small and medium-sized mobile software makers and connected device companies in the app economy. Graham leads the ACT’s and the Connected Health Initiative’s legislative advocacy on issues including privacy, digital health, antitrust, intellectual property, and related issues. In this capacity, Graham has testified as an expert witness in five Congressional hearings on issues including privacy, consumer protection, cybersecurity, and antitrust. He has a JD with a concentration in communications law from George Mason and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Emory University. Prior to joining ACT, Graham was counsel for the House Energy and Commerce Committee. In that role, Graham was lead counsel on Federal Trade Commission (FTC) oversight and reform efforts, including the FTC Process and Transparency Reform Act of 2016.
