Evan Mascagni

Evan Mascagni is the Policy Director of the Public Participation Project, a non-profit organization working to strengthen First Amendment rights for all Americans. Previously, he was an attorney with the California Anti-SLAPP Project, a public interest law firm and policy organization dedicated to fighting SLAPPs (Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation) in California. He resides in New York City with his partner, Shannon, and their dog, Nema.
