Devi Keller
Devi Keller joined Texas Instruments as Director of Government Relations in March 2021. She leads the global trade policy and export controls portfolio for Texas Instruments, with a focus on China issues, international trade, cybersecurity, aerospace & defense, and supply chain.
Prior to joining TI, Devi served as Director of Global Policy at the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA), where she managed SIA’s international trade and global policy priorities for ten years. Devi represented SIA in the World Semiconductor Council (WSC) and Government/Authorities Meetings on Semiconductors (GAMS), and promoted U.S. semiconductor industry priorities in domestic legislation and bilateral multilateral trade agreements, including expansion of the WTO Information Technology Agreement (ITA expansion), US-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), and Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). She also represented the U.S. semiconductor industry on the Industry Trade Advisory Committee-Digital Economy (ITAC-8), which advises USTR and the Commerce Department on trade policy issues.
Devi has prior experience working for the high-tech industry, including positions at the Information Technology Industry Council, TechAmerica, and Verizon Government Relations. She also lived and worked in China for 3.5 years, where she served as Project Manager for a New York Broadway touring company, Nederlander New Century. She has a B.A. in International Relations from Dickinson College, and an M.A. in Asian Studies from the George Washington University.
