Colin McKay

Colin McKay is the Head, Canadian Policy and Public Relations for Waabi AI, an AI company building the next generation of self-driving technology.

He is the former Head of Public Policy and Government Relations, Google Canada, and previously worked on privacy, innovation, transportation and immigration policy with the Government of Canada, including at the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. He is a past member of the Government Advisory Committee on Open Data and is Vice Chair of the Board of MediaSmarts, the national digital literacy organization. He is also on the Executive Committee of the Board at the Information Technology Association of Canada, and is on the board of the Canadian American Business Council.
