Barri Gurau

Barri Gurau is responsible for executing the strategic direction for advanced technology and solution developments related to the corporate energy strategy. Prior to this assignment, Gurau was Chief Technologist for biofuels of the New Ventures line of business, where she provided engineering leadership for internal research and development and capture projects in the area of biofuels. Gurau has also supported defining and executing subcontract and supplier strategies in the areas of photovoltaic solar energy, wave and tidal energy conversion, concentrated solar energy, and biomass energy power generation, and she has evaluated potential suppliers for photovoltaic and wave energy conversion technologies.
