ITIF policy teams may offer internships for the fall, spring, and summer semesters, depending on current research plans. (Visit itif.org/jobs to see current openings.) In general, when internships are available, the timelines and pay will be as follows:
Timeline
- Fall: posted by June 1; resumes accepted through July 15; hire by August 1 for September 1 start.
- Spring: post by October 1; resumes through November 15; hire by December 1 for January 1 start.
- Summer: posted by February 1; Resumes through March 15; hire by April 1 for May 1 start.
(Actual start dates will vary according to candidate availability.)
Pay
- No undergraduate degree: $17.95 / hour
- Undergraduate degree, plus up to 2 years of full-time graduate education: $22 / hour
- More than 2 years of full-time graduate education: $24 / hour
- Alternatively, students may elect to receive academic credit, instead of hourly compensation.
