Stephen Ezell will give a presentation to the Academy of Management 82nd Annual Conference on The Strengths and Weaknesses of America’s National Innovation System. Ezell’s presentation focuses on institutional and programmatic strengths in the U.S. innovation system as well as persistent weaknesses it confronts. It also summarizes how the CHIPS and Science Act of 2022 intends to address those weaknesses.
