Stephen Ezell presented at the Mexico Innovation Week about policies Mexico can implement to turbocharge the country’s innovation system. The presentation notes that the policy areas Mexico needs to work on most to strengthen its innovation economy pertain to: investing more in research and development; investing more in human capital, education, and science graduates; improving its tax policy for innovative industries; and continuing to strengthen its intellectual property rights and enforcement environment.
