Doug Brake argued the case for Communications Act rewrite at the Congressional Internet Caucus Advisory Committee’s event “Does the Internet Need a New Communications Act?” Doug claimed it is not that we need a new act to regulate activity on the web, but instead because so many of our communications platforms are converging on the Internet, a rethinking of old regulation.
