The Future of Self Service Government

This colloquium, cohosted by the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation (ITIF) and the National Academy of Public Administration, will explore opportunities for self-service innovation in government, identify key impediments to the adoption of self-service technologies and discuss strategies for enabling future implementation. It will also include a discussion of ITIF’s report "Embracing the Self-Service Economy” which provides a series of policy recommendations to spur continued growth in the sector.
