Over the long term, self-service technology will likely be a major force for growth in productivity and improved quality of life. And yet, policymakers and government leaders often fail to see this. At this event, ITIF released the report "Embracing the Self-Service Economy" that gives an overview of the benefits of self-service technology and the current trends in the field.
