# We Don’t Have All The Technology Consumers Want

Electrifying the transportation system is a promising way of accomplishing this and significant innovations in EVs have already been made, but more is needed less EVs will remain a niche good. Doing this requires getting serious about implementing the right policies and making smart investments to advance EVs instead of hoping today’s policies will suddenly start working.
